  If your friend keeps getting disconnected every 15-20 minutes while playing Seven Days to Die , a few things could be causing it—especially since you're on the same network. Here’s what to check: 🛜 Network Stability – Even on the same network, one of you might be facing packet loss or weak Wi-Fi. A wired connection can help improve stability. 🔌 Port Forwarding – If one of you is hosting, make sure the necessary ports are forwarded on your router for smoother gameplay. 🌐 Server Load – If you're playing on a dedicated server, it could be experiencing high traffic or performance issues. Checking server status might help. 🛑 Firewall/Antivirus – Sometimes, security software blocks game connections. Ensure Seven Days to Die has the necessary permissions in both of your firewalls. 🎮 Game Version & Mods – If you and your friend are using different game versions or mods, it can lead to disconnects. Make sure everything matches up. Hope this helps, and you both get back to surviving smoothly!

  Deeply sorry that you feel this way. For support we mostly do that within the ticket system as we can see the full details of the account/server and leave the forum for community support on basic issues, with stepping in at times when we spot big problems, or need to post announcements. When tickets are low we also try to look through and find things that we are able to assist with as well when the community is stuck or no reply has been sent for a bit. When a ticket is sent in we normally reply within a few minutes to a couple of hours. If this is related to the logs within the FTP we are looking into this however we are limited with some changes by the developer. We do offer a way to access them from the panel in the advanced file system thou.

  Due to Lack of Support and Feedback from the Admin team.. i'm cancelling my yearly sub... i'm only a month in too... but communication and dead ass forums are a good sign to jump ship. In hindsight I shouldve looked deeper into the service rendered from SurvivalServers... and I wouldve found out that there are WAY BETTER hosts out there with more options at around the same price, but with MUCH MORE support.
