Hey all. I have an ARK server, and I no longer know my username or email attached to my account. I cannot find a phone number to contact on this matter, so I turn to the servers. I thought it wasn't on autopay, but found out it was. If any customer support can reach out to me, I would love to solve this problem internally instead of going to the banks. Thank you all.

The tilde ~ key brings up the console on every Soulmask server I have been on. Even my own. When there you just type 'gm key' [new admin password] you will be prompted to enter it again. Then you are in admin mode and can change settings. If you set up an admin password during your set up, then use what you set the password to.

Panda dream. We just started our server a few days ago.  We added a few mods and changes: ->  100 worker at base. 5 per base level.  ->  Better night sky. (Its really pretty) ->  No PvP. ->  No death penalty. We are located in Europe and the server is restarted once a day around 4 AM. We also back-up so we do not lose our hard work.  And we have 2 week guild AFK system. Any survival server page loads extremely slow (invoices, tickets, control panel). Server cant start / stop / restart. Any change in control panel leads to Server Stopping loop. Cant connect to FTP or loading files / folders list leads to timeout - after reconnecting it sometimes loads folders, then opening folder with 1 small config file takes ages or leads to timeout. I also tried reinstalling the server, but all actions inside control panel doesnt work. So far my server worked prefectly, control panel pages too, but today it seems there are some huge problems?
