I seem to have this issue, but unsure if my issue is any different because of the added info I dont see mentioned here. The Survival Servers control panel says the server is online, but in the in-game Server Manager, it says "Offline" "Server name pending" "Not Authenticated" and when i click on the server anyway, it says "This server appears to be offline". I cant create a game or anything, all the tabs are blank. Just to be clear, this is my first time on this site or with using a paid hosting service. I signed up for the server on New Years Day and Ive been fighting with it when I have time between then and now, so kinda irritated because I rarely get time to play and Ive been using it to try to figure this out. I just found out about this forum earlier today and finally got time to sign up and make a post. I have earlier save files we had from a server I was running on my own, but it doesnt have the CPU anymore to keep up with how far we are into the game. Im hoping to transfer all the server files using the Server Manager once I get this running but I'm stopped at this particular issue. Back to the subject at hand, I mostly just need to know if this is something I'm doing, this is an issue with the game itself, or if this is something on your end. On the Control Panel, Ive selected to reinstall the server in case there was an issue during the initial install, but that didn't fix anything. Tried validating files too. Made a support ticket and hoping for a response.

Hey all, Is there any way to modify the world modifiers directly on survival servers. Basically I want normal but with enhanced resources and being able to tune the raiding a bit. The ony options I see are to select one of the defaults. Thanks!

I wanted to reset my server to a clean start, so I chose the option 'Reinstall Server'. Now the server won't start no matter what I do. I tried 'start' several times, I tried 'Delete World Server' and even 'Clean SteamCMD Folder' -- nothing worked. I even tried 'update/validate' and 'restore backup'.. nothing worked. All I want is a clean, default server now. Can I do anything else or should I just wait for the ticket to be picked by support?
