This issue looks to be resolved now.

We’ve observed an issue with the Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria dedicated servers. When attempting to start a server, the process either crashes shortly after reaching the "Creating session..." stage or becomes stuck indefinitely. Please note that this issue may be related to the game itself or possibly ongoing Steam maintenance, which can impact server functionality. Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this problem on our end but are closely monitoring for any updates or fixes from the developers. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

I tried adding server on dzsa launcher site too

I just got my new server. I cant find it on the original launcher or the DZSA. Also when i click on the sercerDZ.cfg it doesnt open anything but a web browser page. I opened a ticket but seeing if anyone has any suggestions to help

Whenever my server goes down for one of the scheduled server restarts players are unable to reconnect, I can see the server has come back online in the control panel, yet whenever anyone tries to connect, they cannot reconnect until I manually restart the server. Any idea as to what is going on?
