We have the same issue on ours. I can leave and the server stays up, but another one of our players crashes it every time they leave. I do not think this is a survival servers issue rather a satisfactory dedicated server issue. You can stop the server in the survival server console and then start it, to bring it back online. I'm having the same problem, what ended up being the fix? -
Server appears as online in control panel but game says it is offline. I sent in a support ticket but wondered if anyone had any idea here. figured out thank you. (the ticket was answered) -
