Tips on getting a faster response:

  1. Reply to tickets on this website. You can respond via email but we get your reply much faster if you log in here to reply.
  2. Please be very specific describing your question or problem.
  3. Please provide your full game server ID or email used when ordering.
  4. Avoid bumping support ticket responses, this will delay response time. We answer tickets from oldest customer reply.
We are staffed 7 days a week but please understand that depending on the ticket severity it could take additional time for more complicated issues.
