One must make themselves admin before using admin commands and cheats.

  1. Login to your server and press the + button (by default) on the numpad key.
  2. Type enablecheats YOURADMINPASSWORD and press enter.
    (The admin password can be set from within your control panel)
  3. Type setcheatplayer true to access an Admin overlay with basic information
  4. Type ShowMyAdminManager to open up an Admin manager UI with more advanced features
