PBO Manager allows you to properly unpack/pack your server and mission PBO files. It is our recommended program for packing/unpacking.
To download, follow the donwload link below and scroll to the bottom where it says "Click to download PBO Manager"

PBO Manager:
Allows you to unpack and repack your pbo files with ease.
Simply right click on the folder and you will be presented with
an option in the drop down to pack/unpack. Along with that
you can double click on any pbo file and instantly open it with
drag and drop support.
